My name is Eric Littlejohn – it’s nice to meet you! I’m one of the owners at Pest Proof Pest Management and I’m excited to welcome you to the Pest Proof family. I know you’re used to working with the team at Sigma Pest Control but I promise we’re going to take excellent care of you and make this transition as easy as possible.
As a locally owned, full-service pest control, wildlife and construction company that’s been around since 2014, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, customized solutions that are designed to keep your home pest and wildlife-free. Rather than trying to destroy every pest that wanders the earth, we focus on long-term prevention through the use of environmentally safe products and ecologically secure practices. It’s our goal to be as conscious of the natural world as possible while ensuring you and your family are protected from invasive pests.
Another thing you should know about us is that we’re 100 percent committed to going the extra mile for our customers. We believe in the importance of building relationships and to me, it all starts by getting to know one another.
Until we meet in person, here’s a little information about my team and me:
Cierra Stokes is our office manager and she’s been with Pest Proof since the very beginning. A resident of Stafford, Cierra is a skilled problem solver who is dedicated to serving every customer with compassion, respect and integrity. Because of her unwavering kindness and generosity, Cierra frequently has customers reach out to her even when they don’t need help solving a pest problem! I know you’re really going to enjoy working with her.
David Kemp is one of the owners at Pest Proof. He was born and raised here in Northern Virginia and has been part of the pest control industry for more than 15 years. David began his career as a technician where he serviced both commercial and residential accounts. Today, he oversees our pest control and our damage restoration division, making him an extremely valuable member of our team. He’s also a water and mold restoration expert certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and has a deep understanding of the importance of getting rid of moisture-related issues before they lead to major problems. David’s highly knowledgeable and very friendly – you’re going to love him!
Last but not least, me (Eric). I have an extensive background in the pest control, wildlife and construction industries which helps me easily see the connection between how a structure is built and managed and what types of pests and wildlife may be attracted to it. When I founded Pest Proof, my goal was to provide outstanding service while educating my customers on how they can prevent unwanted infestations in their homes and businesses and now nearly a decade later, I’m proud to have helped so many of my friends and neighbors here in my home state of Virginia. As far as my credentials go, I’m an Associated Certified Entomologist with the Entomological Society of America and I also hold the title of Certified Wildlife Control Specialist by the National Wildlife Control Operators Association. Additionally, I carry a Class A contractor license which allows me to take a holistic approach to solving pest and wildlife issues at their source rather than just treating the symptoms.
